Our salon is dedicated to service and value. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what we do and it is reflected in the loyalty of our clients. We promise individual attention and great value for all of our customers.

Cancellation / No Show Policy
Your appointments are very important to our team at Bianchi’s Salon.  Time allotted for an appointment is reserved specifically for you to enjoy your services.  We do understand that sometimes unavoidable situations arise, and schedule adjustments are necessary.  We will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency.  However, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice to adjust, cancel, or reschedule your appointment. There will be a 50% Cancellation Fee applied if you fail to meet the 24-hour notice request.  

A credit card on file is required for all new clients to hold your appointment.  

*Please note that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a “No-Show” and your card will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to the recipient.

Return Policy:
Bianchi’s Salon does not issue refunds on salon services; however we strive to give the utmost satisfaction to our guests and if you are not satisfied with the work performed, we will make every effort to ensure your satisfaction. Should you have any concerns please contact the salon manager within 7 days so we may address these concerns in a timely fashion. At that time, we will reschedule you with the service provider that performed your service initially and make any changes or adjustments. We will gladly make any adjustments to your hair at no cost to you within 2 weeks of your original service.
